2 – Daily Review – Swimming
What I Did Well
- I swam for an hour.
- I made much progress on organizing my finances.
- I woke up early and did a Focusmate session at 9 AM. It seems the new Beeminder habit may be working as intended.
Where I Can Improve
- It would be good to track my time some other way if I don't want to use Focusmate at a given moment.
- I can get up earlier so I have time to meditate before my 9 AM Focusmate session.
- I can eat less potato chips. I feel like it's too much and I'm worried about getting addicted.
One Action for Tomorrow
- Find a different work tracking tool to use in addition to Focusmate.
